In the New millennium with the advancement in all aspects crises of Quality Leadership has emerged. All institutions are facing the problems of quality leadership. This affect negatively on the achievement of excellence. For excellence it is essential to develop quality control, quality assurance, quality performance .quality change and sustainable development.The International conference will be a forum where administrators,managers,corporate executives, practitioners (teachers, lecturers, and counsellors),management and Busigness institute faculty members, M.Ed. B.Ed. Trainees and representatives from NGOs/ community based and government organizations, CCEAM affiliated Organizations and social workers will discuss on the subject of global importance and send recommendations to the concerning bodies for implementation. Presented papers will be published in an editorial book.

Method : Paper presentation, Discussion and Key-Note Addresses.
Call for Papers
Papers with empirical base and in depth studies will be accepted on any one of the sub-themes and main theme. Each paper will be reviewed and acceptance/rejection will be informed through e-mail only. It is for the attention of paper presenters submitting papers to have an e-mail ID which must be written at the bottom of the full paper.Paper must be original with all reference given. Relevant to the main theme and sub-theme.
Abstract within 500 words and Full paper written with in 5-7 pages in A4 size along with soft copy must be reach the following address on or before 10.08.0910minutes for the presenters and interaction to be allowed.
